BEVELING

Beveled glass is usually made by taking thick glass and creating an angled surface cut (bevel) around the entire periphery. Bevels act as prisms in the sunlight creating an interesting color diffraction which both highlights the glass work and provides a spectrum of colours which would ordinarily be absent in clear float glass.

POLISHING

When cutting glass, it is important to be as accurate and clean as possible. Inaccurate or hasty cutting can lead to very rough edges that are almost impossible to smooth. However, even the most careful cut can leave tiny chips of glass along the edge, or can seem slightly rough. There are several tools available to polish the glass, including grozing pliers, carborundum stones, diamond smoothing pads and glass grinders

SANDBLASTING

Sandblasting is used to transform a clear glass panel into frosted glass panel by using sand & high pressure air. Commonly it is used for shower doors & decorate glasses. By using this method we can make any design upon glass.

REFECTIVE GLASS

Reflective glass is glass which has been treated with a metallic coating which allows the glassto reflect heat. It is not reflective in the sense that it acts as a mirror, although some reflectiveglass products do indeed have a highly reflective surface, but rather in the sense that it reflects radiation, rather than absorbing it.

AIR BRUSHING

Airbrushed glass can make a beautiful piece of art or a unique piece of home decor. Airbrushed glass is often used to make decorative plates, glass tabletops, mirrors and wall hangings. These items are costly, and some people believe that they must be ordered custom-made from skilled artists.

BACK PAINTED GLASS

Back painted glass is any form of clear glass that is painted from the back side and viewed from the front side, or glaze side. Back painted glass is widely used for architectural spandrel glass, colored glass walls, colored glass back splashes, colored glass counter tops, artistic glass and more

DEEP ENGRAVING

Glass etching is a centuries old method of imprinting images on glass. One way to do it is by sandblasting. Sandblasting allows more variation with the use of different sand coarseness, depth blasting and gives the finished product a richer textured appearance.

LAMINATED GLASS

Laminated glass is a type of safety glass that holds together when shattered. In the event of breaking, it is held in place by an interlayer, typically of polyvinyl butyral (PVB), between its two or more layers of glass. The interlayer keeps the layers of glass bonded even when broken, and its high strength prevents the glass from breaking up into large sharp pieces. This produces a characteristic “spider web” cracking pattern when the impact is not enough to completely pierce the glass.

MIRRORS

We supplying Silver, Tinted & antique mirrors with different sizes, shapes & designs. As per the requirement of the client polishing, beveling & etching also done on mirror for decorative works.

TEMPERED GLASS

Toughened or tempered glass is a type of safety glass processed by controlled thermal or chemical treatments to increase its strength compared with normal glass. Tempering creates balanced internal stresses which cause the glass, when broken, to crumble into small granular chunks instead of splintering into jagged shards. The granular chunks are less likely to cause injury.

TINTED GLASSES

The glass used for windows in buildings, & homes, while offering the advantage of letting light in, often compromises the privacy that the occupants desire, and can also let in more than the desired amount of heat. Tinted glass, however, provides an easy solution to these problems.

ACID EDCHING

Etching refers to the technique of creating art on the surface of glass by applying acidic, caustic, or abrasive substances. Which helps to create delicate light effects with an extend of privacy.
